德国*SCHMERSAL光电式接近开关利用光电效应做成的开关叫光电开关。将发光器件与光电器件按一定方向装在同一个检测头内。当有反光面(被检测物体)接近时,光电器件接收到反射光后便在信号输出,由此便可“感知”有物体接近。
在SCHMERSAL接近开关内设有振荡器谐振电路,它是利用一个开放式的线圈产生定向高频电磁( RF )场,穿透传感器工作端面传出来。如果一个金属目标进入这一区域,开关感应产生的涡电流因此降低。感应涡电流从 LC电路中吸收能量(L:线圈 C :电容器) 。振荡电路中的负载在振幅上产生一个衰减值,振荡减弱。
